Kitchen Helper

Food preparation support: Washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, slicing, weighing, mixing, and pre-portioning ingredients (fruits, vegetables, meats, etc.) as directed by cooks.
Dishwashing and utensil care: Washing, drying, and properly storing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, and equipment (by hand or commercial dishwasher).
Kitchen cleaning and sanitation: Sweeping/mopping floors, wiping and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, walls, and storage areas; removing garbage and replacing bags; cleaning garbage cans.
