Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
Install, repair, and maintain building fixtures and systems
Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
