Consulting with clients about symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
Assessing posture, range of motion, and areas of tension, pain, or restriction.
Performing massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, myofascial, prenatal, and others) by kneading, pressing, and manipulating muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues.
Increasing range of motion through joint mobilization where appropriate.
Providing guidance on stretching, strengthening, posture, relaxation, and self-care.
Documenting sessions, progress, and treatment plans.
