Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms — make beds, change linens, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean bathrooms after guest checkout or during stay-over service
Replenish supplies — restock toiletries, towels, minibar items, coffee/tea supplies, and stationery
Inspect rooms — check for damage, missing items, or maintenance issues and report them to supervisors
Handle lost and found — properly log and report any items left behind by guests
Maintain cleanliness standards — follow the property’s specific cleaning checklists and hygiene protocols
Manage housekeeping carts/supplies — keep cleaning trolleys stocked and organized
Respond to guest requests — deliver extra towels, pillows, or other amenities upon request
