Setting up, starting, monitoring, adjusting, and shutting down equipment (fillers, cappers, labellers, conveyors, case packers, palletizers, carbonation or pasteurization systems, etc.).
Loading raw materials and packaging (bottles/cans, labels, corrugate, glue, carriers, ingredients).
Performing changeovers between products or package sizes.
Conducting quality checks (fill levels, seals, coding, labels, product appearance) and recording data (lot numbers, weights, downtime, CCP checks).
Clearing jams, performing minor troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, and escalating major issues.
