Main Responsibilities:
Making beds, changing linens and towels, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, and replenishing amenities (toiletries, minibar items, water, etc.).
Providing turndown service in the evening.
Escorting guests to cabins on embarkation day, assisting with luggage, explaining amenities and layout, and greeting them.
Handling guest laundry/dry cleaning requests and billing.
Maintaining cleanliness of corridors, public areas near assigned sections, and sometimes assisting with room service trays or other interior areas and Cleaning and sanitizing assigned guest cabins.
