Core Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintaining cabins: daily housekeeping, making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
Restocking supplies: towels, toiletries, minibar items, and amenities
Turndown service: evening prep of the room, often including small touches like towel animals (on cruise ships) or chocolates
Guest requests: handling special requests like extra pillows, laundry pickup, or room service coordination
Reporting issues: flagging maintenance problems (plumbing, electrical, AC) to the appropriate department
Inventory management: tracking and requisitioning cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
