Core duties:
Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using commercial dishwashing machines
Loading and unloading dishwashing equipment efficiently
Sorting and stacking clean items, storing them in proper locations
Pre-rinsing or scraping food debris off dishes before washing
Monitoring water temperature and detergent levels for machines.
