Key Responsibilities:
Plan and follow the most efficient routes, using GPS/navigation tools when needed
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (tires, fluids, lights, brakes)
Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly
Maintain accurate delivery/trip logs, mileage records, and fuel receipts
Adhere to traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety policies
Communicate with dispatch or supervisors regarding delays, issues, or route changes
Keep the vehicle clean, maintained, and report mechanical issues promptly
