Greet visitors, determine purpose of visit, and announce or direct them to the appropriate person/department.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls; take and deliver accurate messages.
Manage check-in/check-out for visitors, issue visitor badges, maintain visitor logs.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages; prepare and distribute documents.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Schedule appointments and meeting rooms; manage calendar invites and bookings.
Perform basic clerical tasks: data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning.
Support other administrative tasks as needed (expense reports, ordering office supplies).
