Room Service Attendant

Take and fulfill room service orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms safely, neatly, and according to hotel procedure.
Set up and clear trays (including table settings, condiments, water, cutlery) as needed.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (proper handling, temperature control procedures as required).
Handle guest requests related to room service (extra towels, utensils, condiments, etc.) and coordinate with other departments when needed.
Check items for accuracy before leaving service areas (correct order, room number, instructions).
Collect and return used items to the appropriate stations for cleaning (dishwashing/linen storage).
Keep service stations clean and organized, including carts/trays and storage areas.
