Coordinating materials, equipment, deliveries, and site logistics to minimize downtime.
Maintaining accurate daily records/logs (work completed, crew counts, weather, incidents, deliveries) and reporting progress/issues to the Project Manager or Superintendent.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and method statements.
Resolving on-site conflicts, problems, or trade coordination issues.
