Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
Take customer orders and process payments (cash register/POS systems)
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
Restock supplies (cups, milk, syrups, beans, etc.)
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Handle simple food prep (pastries, sandwiches) in some cafés
Manage cash drawer and handle basic accounting/reconciliation at shift end.
