Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnosing faults using tools like multimeters, thermal imaging cameras, and oscilloscopes; repairing or replacing faulty components (relays, breakers, cables, sensors).
Installation & Commissioning – Installing new electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems, and commissioning them to ensure proper operation.
Compliance & Safety – Ensuring all work follows electrical codes, safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, OSHA), and company policies; conducting lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Documentation – Maintaining maintenance logs, equipment histories, spare parts inventories, and technical reports.
System Upgrades – Recommending and implementing improvements to electrical systems for efficiency, reliability, or energy savings.
