Key Responsibilities and Duties
Supervise, schedule, assign, and motivate teams of electricians/technicians.
Plan, organize, and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
Ensure full compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), electrical codes (e.g., National Electrical Code/NEC), and company/quality standards.
Conduct inspections of work, systems, and equipment; identify issues and enforce quality control.
Troubleshoot complex electrical problems, system failures, and equipment malfunctions; provide technical guidance and solutions.
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.
