Core Responsibilities:
Operating hydraulic excavators to dig, move, and load materials such as soil, rock, sand, and debris
Reading and interpreting site plans, blueprints, or grade stakes to determine dig depth and location
Trenching for utilities, foundations, pipelines, or drainage systems
Loading trucks with excavated material
Performing daily pre-operation inspections (checking hydraulics, tracks, fluid levels, attachments)
Basic on-site maintenance and reporting mechanical issues
Coordinating with ground crew, surveyors, and other equipment operators using hand signals or radio.
