Setting up machines (calibration, loading materials/tooling, adjusting parameters such as speed, pressure, temperature, or feed rates according to blueprints, work orders, or specifications).
Operating automated or semi-automated equipment throughout production runs.
Continuously monitoring performance for issues (unusual noises, vibrations, temperature changes, or quality deviations) and making adjustments.
Inspecting finished products or parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet specifications; documenting results and scrap rates.
Performing basic preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs or tool changes) and reporting major problems to maintenance teams.
