Lead yoga classes (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative) in-person and/or online.
Deliver instruction on posture, alignment, breathing techniques, and relaxation.
Modify poses for different levels (beginner to advanced), including injuries or special needs.
Ensure safe practice by monitoring students and adjusting guidance as needed.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive studio/community atmosphere.
Prepare lesson plans/class flows (warm-up, practice, cooldown, savasana).
Keep attendance records and help manage studio/class schedules.
