Dishwasher

Core duties and responsibilities;

Operate commercial dishwashing machines: load/unload racks, ensure proper detergent/rinse levels.
Hand-wash delicate items, large pots, pans, trays, sheet pans and specialty equipment.
Scrape, pre-rinse, and sort dishes and kitchenware; return clean items to proper storage.
Clean and sanitize workstations, counters, prep areas, floors, grease traps, and kitchen equipment.
Empty and replace trash/recycling; clean bins and compactors as required.
Stock and organize clean dishware, utensils, trays, and service stations.
Monitor dishwasher operation and report malfunctions or supply shortages.

Required skills;

Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25–50+ lbs, work in hot/wet environment, bend and reach frequently.
Skills: Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, basic time-management, attention to cleanliness and detail.
