Job Details: 

Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service, smooth staffing, and good financial performance, ensure high-quality guest experience and handle complaints/escalations, ensure check-in/check-out processes run smoothly also create duty rosters and manage shift planning, monitor staff performance and coach for improvement and coordinate with accounts/admin for invoices, payments, and reporting.

Qualifications includes High school Diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, leadership and team management and Basic financial understanding.
