HR Assistant

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and paper files (new hires, terminations, changes).
Support recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications.
Manage onboarding: prepare offer letters, collect documents, set up new-hire orientation and IT/access requests.
Administer benefits basics: enrolments, changes, and vendor communications; escalate complex issues.
Process routine payroll inputs (time-off, deductions) and coordinate with payroll provider.
Respond to employee inquiries on policies, leave, and basic HR procedures; escalate when needed.

Required qualifications & skills;  High school Diploma or equivalent,  Discretion and integrity handling confidential data.
Time management and ability to prioritize competing requests.
Service-oriented mindset and diplomacy.
Team collaboration and ability to escalate appropriately.
Problem-solving and process-following.
