Operations Manager

Oversee daily operational activities across departments (e.g., production, fulfilment, facilities, customer operations) and ensure targets are met.
Develop, document, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; create and present regular reports to leadership.
Manage, coach, and develop frontline and supervisory staff; lead hiring, performance reviews, and workforce planning.
Coordinate capacity planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet demand.
Work with finance to build and manage operational budgets; identify cost-savings and efficiency opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma principles).
Manage vendor and supplier relationships and negotiate service contracts.
