Key Responsibilities:
Support producers, directors, and department heads with daily logistical needs
Prepare and distribute call sheets, schedules, and production paperwork
Coordinate transportation, equipment, and supplies to and from set/location
Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment or sets
Manage crowd control, extras, or visitors on set
Run errands (picking up supplies, food, permits, deliveries)
Take notes during meetings, script read-throughs, or production calls
Assist with scheduling talent, crew, and vendors
Help maintain production budgets and expense tracking.
