Key Responsibilities:
Inspect products for defects using visual checks and basic measurement tools.
Label, pack, and prepare items for shipping (including documentation).
Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S/housekeeping practices).
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Report issues such as machine problems, product defects, or material shortages.
Meet productivity goals (units per hour/day) without compromising quality.
Required Skills such as: Ability to read simple instructions, labels, and production charts.
Good hand-eye coordination (for assembly/inspection roles).
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow SOPs (standard operating procedures).
Basic math skills (counting, measurements; sometimes units conversion).
