Room Attendant

Key responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily (make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces).
Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, coffee, stationery, minibar items per property policy).
Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, and safety hazards; report maintenance needs and lost-and-found items.
Follow room-cleaning checklists and brand/housekeeping standards to ensure consistent quality.
Handle soiled linens and trash removal following sanitation and safety procedures.
Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas; request inventory as needed.
Respond courteously to guest requests related to room amenities or housekeeping.
Adhere to chemical handling, infection-control and workplace-safety procedures (MSDS, PPE).
