Site Supervisor

Core responsibilities:

Implement and enforce site health, safety, and environmental procedures (toolbox talks, PPE, permits, incident reporting).
Monitor work quality against drawings, specifications and standards; raise and track non-conformance reports.
Maintain daily site records: progress reports, labour/resource logs, material receipts, equipment usage.
Communicate progress, risks and issues to Project Manager/Construction Manager; escalate delays or cost risks.
Implement and follow method statements, risk assessments, and permits-to-work.
Ensure materials, plant and equipment are available and used correctly; report shortages or defects.

Required skills & Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent,  Proven supervisory experience on construction sites.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, temporary works and sequencing.
Strong safety mindset and familiarity with HSE regulations and permit systems.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and site layouts.
Planning and prioritization; basic schedule management (MS Project, Primavera or similar helpful).
Clear communicator; able to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders.
