Cleaning Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand
Clean kitchen equipment, worktables, walls, floors, and storage areas
Remove and manage trash from kitchen and dining areas
Kitchen Support

Deliver clean kitchenware and equipment to cooks and food preparation areas
Assist chefs during busy periods by providing clean, ready-to-use tools
Help with basic food prep tasks (e.g., peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients)
Inventory and Supplies

Store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated places
Report when cleaning supplies or equipment need replenishing
Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries.
