Greet guests and seat them (or coordinate seating with host staff)
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
Take food and drink orders accurately
Serve food and beverages according to company standards
Check on tables to ensure guests are satisfied and needs are met
Handle payments (POS/cash/card), process receipts, and issue change
Clear tables and reset them for next guests
Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff to meet timing and order accuracy
Required Skills & attributes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good memory and multitasking (multiple tables/orders)
Basic math skills for billing and tips
Professional appearance and positive attitude
