Main Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning and sanitation: Vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, making beds (often twice daily), emptying trash, and ensuring high hygiene standards (e.g., USPH or company protocols).
Turndown service: Evening preparation of rooms, including fresh towels, linens, and often creative towel animals.
Restocking: Towels, toiletries, toilet paper, ice, drinking water/glasses, and minibar items.
Guest interaction and service: Greeting guests (especially on embarkation), escorting them to cabins, explaining amenities (AC, safe, balcony, shower, TV), handling requests (extra pillows, hangers, special occasions), collecting/returning laundry, delivering newsletters or announcements, and reporting maintenance issues (clogged toilets, leaks, broken fixtures).
