Core Responsibilities:
Operating machines like bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, cranes, graders, and forklifts
Moving earth, materials, or debris according to project plans
Performing routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance (checking fluids, tires, filters)
Reading grade stakes, blueprints, or GPS-guided systems to ensure accurate digging, grading, or leveling
Coordinating with ground crew and supervisors via hand signals or radio.
