Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms)
Change and replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities
Restock room supplies (toiletries, coffee/tea, minibar items if applicable)
Make beds and tidy rooms to a set presentation standard
Report maintenance issues (broken fixtures, appliances, etc.) to the relevant department
Handle and report lost property found in rooms
Manage a housekeeping cart and supplies efficiently
Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols (including handling of chemicals and cleaning agents)
