Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the laundry facility, ensures that all laundry processes are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire laundry cycle from sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, to delivery of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
Manage daily workflow by coordinating work assignments with the manager .
Supervise and monitor the performance of laundry employees to maintain established standards.
Provide training to staff on correct use of equipment and proper techniques for producing a superior end result.
Maintain inventory of linen, guest laundry, and cleaning supplies; coordinate timely ordering and stock rotation.
Requirement:
Strong Supervisory Skills to efficiently manage and lead the laundry team.
Expertise in Laundry Services, including handling, cleaning, and maintaining garments and linens.
No experience needed.
