Job Details: Inspect surfaces for cracks, dampness, peeling, or mold, scrape, sand, and smooth surfaces using sandpaper, scrapers, wire brushes, fill cracks, holes and gaps with putty, plaster, and filler also apply primer and undercoat for better adhesion and durability and apply multiple coats as needed and ensure even coverage.

Estimate quantity of paint and materials needed and give costing to client/supervisor, ensure lines are clean and work is neat, especially around edges, ceilings, and trims and follow health and safety regulations – use PPE, work safely at heights on scaffolds/ladders.

Requirements includes: No formal degree required, ability to stand, bend, climb for long hours, finishing projects within deadline and working well with builders, electricians, supervisors.
