Responsible for safely installing, moving, and positioning heavy loads (materials, equipment, machinery) using cranes, hoists, rigging gear, and lifting plans, including choosing proper slings/angles, shackles, hardware, and rigging configurations. And ensure correct load balance and securement also communicate clearly with the team during lifting operations (hand signals/radio protocols).
Requirements includes strong knowledge of rigging practices and hardware, ability to read diagrams/lifting plans, Physical stamina, comfort working at heights or in industrial environments and good team communication and situational awareness.
