Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical work for installation, maintenance, and repairs
Allocate tasks to electricians/technicians and ensure work is completed on time
Inspect electrical systems to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Troubleshoot faults in panels, wiring, motors, cables, lighting systems, and control circuits
Ensure correct usage of tools, permits, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and safe work practices
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Coordinate with engineers/contractors for upgrades, breakdown repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualification
High school Diploma or equivalent, Strong knowledge of electrical systems: LV/MV systems, distribution panels, protection devices
Ability to read single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Working knowledge of electrical testing and safety procedures (as applicable)
Leadership and communication skills for supervising teams
Troubleshooting mindset and strong problem-solving ability
Familiarity with maintenance practices such as preventive and predictive maintenance.
