Operate assigned machines, lines, or stations according to work orders and production schedules.
Load/unload raw materials, components, or work in process; feed machines and remove finished products.
Monitor machine performance and process parameters; adjust controls and settings to maintain quality and throughput.
Perform in-process inspections using gauges/measurement tools and document results.
Execute routine changeovers and setups per SOPs; assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Record production data (counts, scrap, downtime, material usage) and complete required logs/forms.
Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures (lockout/tagout, PPE, waste handling).
