Install, align and commission pumps, motors, drivers, and piping systems.
Perform routine preventative maintenance: bearings, seals, packing, couplings, lubrication, belt/pulley replacement.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical pump faults; perform dynamic balancing and vibration checks.
Repair or replace mechanical seals, impellers, casings, shafts and wear rings.
Disassemble/reassemble pumps for overhaul; document parts used and maintenance actions.
Test and certify pump performance (flow, pressure, NPSH, efficiency) and adjust as required.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and parts inventory; enter data into CMMS.
