Delivers food, beverages, amenities, and sometimes additional hotel requests to guest rooms in a timely, professional, and hygienic manner. They maintain clean work areas and ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards while handling food and guest items.
Collect and clear trays, dishes, and waste from rooms promptly.
Restock room service stations (menus, condiments, disposable items, etc.).
Check order accuracy before delivery (items, quantities, special instructions).
Handle guest requests related to room service in a polite, helpful way.
Required Skills: Customer service skills and a friendly, respectful attitude.
Ability to lift and carry trays/boxes (physical stamina).
Basic food handling knowledge (temperature, hygiene, contamination prevention).
Good time-management and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail (accurate order delivery, correct items).
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays.
