Core responsibilities includes:
Maintain a visible presence to deter crime and ensure safety.
Conduct scheduled and random patrols (foot, vehicle, or CCTV monitoring) of buildings, grounds and perimeter.
Control access: check IDs, issue visitor badges, verify deliveries, enforce site-specific access rules.
Monitor CCTV/alarms and respond to monitored events.
Perform incident response: assess, secure scene, provide first aid/basic life support until emergency services arrive, and coordinate with police/EMS.
Prepare clear and timely written incident, shift and daily activity reports.
Required qualifications & skills
High school diploma or equivalent, Clean background check and ability to pass drug screening.
Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within X days).
Excellent observational skills, integrity, and professional demeanor.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 25–50 lbs (specify site requirement).
Reliable transportation and punctuality (if shift-based, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays).
