Plan daily/weekly work schedules and assign tasks to workers and subcontractors
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available when needed
Monitor progress against project timelines and milestones
Supervision & Quality Control
Supervise laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors on site
Inspect work to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards
Conduct site inspections and address defects or deviations promptly
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
