Key duties & responsibilities
Clean and sanitize cabins: make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms and fixtures.
Restock amenities and supplies: toiletries, towels, minibar items, stationery, refreshments.
Perform daily turndown service and respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report losses/damage.
Inspect cabins for maintenance issues and report to maintenance/management.
Follow infection-control, sanitation, and waste-disposal procedures.
Assist with embarkation/disembarkation (baggage handling, cabin orientation) as required.
Adhere to ship/yacht safety, security, and emergency procedures; participate in drills.
