Key Responsibilities and Duties
Conducting inspections and quality checks on installations and repairs.
Troubleshooting complex electrical issues, system failures, and equipment malfunctions.
Managing materials, tools, equipment inventory, and purchasing.
Training, mentoring, and evaluating team members (including apprentices and journeymen).
Preparing progress reports, maintaining records, estimating costs, and managing budgets/schedules.
Coordinating with project managers, contractors, architects, engineers, and other trades.
