Core Responsibilities:
Installation & commissioning – Setting up equipment, machinery, or systems at customer sites (industrial equipment, telecom networks, medical devices, IT hardware, etc.)
Maintenance & repair – Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and responding to breakdowns or malfunctions
Troubleshooting & diagnostics – Identifying root causes of technical problems, often under time pressure
Testing & calibration – Ensuring systems meet performance specifications after install or repair
Customer support – Acting as the technical face of the company, training clients on equipment use, and answering questions on-site.
