Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and test new electrical systems, wiring, conduit, apparatus, and equipment based on blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and electrical systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults (using multimeters, other test equipment, and diagnostic tools) in production equipment, motor controls, and related systems.
Repair or replace defective components, motors, controls, wiring, and related parts.
Program, maintain, and work with automated systems including PLCs and other control systems.
Ensure all work complies with local, state/provincial, and national electrical codes.
