Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment, motors, conveyors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems according to schedules.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic PLC/control issues.
Diagnose faults using hand tools, meters, alignment devices, and diagnostic software; replace or repair parts as required.
Respond to emergency breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime and document corrective actions.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, parts usage records, and service reports in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Support installation, start-up, and commissioning of new equipment.
