Consulting with clients about symptoms, medical history, injuries, lifestyle, and treatment goals.
Assessing the body (posture, muscle tension, range of motion) before and during sessions.
Performing massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger-point, hot stone, or specialized modalities.
Adjusting pressure and methods based on client feedback and needs.
Increasing joint mobility through mobilization or stretching techniques.
Advising clients on home care (stretching, posture, strengthening, relaxation exercises).
Documenting sessions, progress, and any relevant notes.
