Plumber

Key responsibilities:

Install, maintain and repair water, drainage, gas and sewage systems (pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures).
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and building codes; plan pipe runs and fixture locations.
Diagnose plumbing problems using inspection tools (cameras, pressure gauges, meters) and perform repairs (replace pipes, clear blockages, fix leaks).
Assemble and install fixtures: sinks, toilets, water heaters, boilers, pumps, backflow preventers.
Solder, thread, glue, and join pipe materials (copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, steel).
Test systems for leaks and proper operation; flush and pressure‑test lines.
Maintain records: work orders, time sheets, parts used, permits and inspection reports.
