Key responsibilities:

Move luggage, packages, equipment, supplies, or patient items between locations safely and promptly.
Load and unload vehicles, trolleys, carts and hand trucks; secure items to prevent damage.
Deliver and collect linens, food trays, medical supplies, packages, mail, or housekeeping carts.
Assist guests, patients, staff, or visitors with directions and light customer service tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and order in storage areas, corridors, loading docks, and elevators.
Inspect equipment (carts, trolleys, dollies) and report/arrange minor maintenance or repairs.
Follow safety procedures for lifting, carrying, and transporting hazardous or fragile items.
Complete delivery logs, incident reports, inventory counts, and other required paperwork.
