Core responsibilities:
Assist with setup and breakdown of production equipment, sets, and locations.
Run errands: pick up/drop off gear, scripts, meals, and props.
Assist crew departments (camera, lighting, sound, art) as directed.
Manage talent/timekeeping: escort talent, call cues, maintain schedules.
Prep and distribute call sheets, sides, scripts, and paperwork.
Maintain production logs, shot lists, and inventory of consumables.
Coordinate basic transportation and parking logistics.
Control crowd/talent access and enforce on-set safety/etiquette.
