Core Responsibilities:
Installation — Setting up new pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement, submersible, etc.) and connecting them to piping, motors, and control systems
Preventive maintenance — Routine inspections, lubrication, seal checks, and component replacement to prevent breakdowns
Troubleshooting & diagnostics — Identifying causes of leaks, cavitation, vibration, overheating, or reduced output using gauges, vibration analysis tools, and diagnostic software
Repair & overhaul — Disassembling pumps to replace worn parts like impellers, bearings, seals, and gaskets.
